- We initiate contact with the customer, gather essential information, and dispatch our crew promptly.
- Upon arrival, we conduct a thorough inspection of the damage.
- Once we’ve gathered any necessary insurance details (if necessary), we obtain authorization to begin work—this includes a direction-to-pay form if direct insurance billing applies. With approval in place, we promptly begin the cleanup process.
- Before starting any work, we thoroughly document the damage with detailed photographs. Mitigation activities begin immediately after the documentation is complete.
- Upon completion of mitigation, equipment is strategically placed upon.
- Once equipment has been place, we inform the customer about the next steps and schedule monitoring visits.
- Once the damaged area is properly dried, we’ll coordinate with the customer to begin the repair and rebuild process.
